Enhancing Education: Resources for Teachers and Students

Education is always changing, with new and innovative policies popping up all the time. As a legislative aide, I had a tough time finding a spot where all the research was already done. I knew that many states had already put strong school choice policies in place, so there were already great graphs and language crafted to show awesome results. However, I hadn't yet found a place where collaboration had already happened.

While I was out for a walk around a beautiful Alaskan lake one day, I started thinking about how we can fix this problem and what I should do for my final project in my master's program. Sometimes, the answers are found in other questions. After a quick two-mile walk, I was pumped to start a platform for collaboration among educational policymakers.

I know that every state has its own unique challenges and strengths, but having a go-to page of research ideas should help expedite the work our country needs to doto revamp a failing system. I'm excited to meet all the other educational specialists and learn from each of you. Usually, a final project is the end, but in this case, it's just the awesome beginning.
